Liner
Sublimated Eyes
All of our eyes for our heads are sublimated printed, this ensures the eye is completely waterproof, crisp & vision is improved. The colors really pop with this method!
3D Printed Heads
All of our heads are sculpted in NOMAD Sculpt, unique to your character & 3D printed in house. All of our heads are printed with TPU, making them VERY lightweight, durable & flexible!
We make sure our heads are light, durable and NOT front heavy, they are also padded on the inside to insure no part of the 3D printed part is touching your face! We also use elastic in the back to insure the head stays in place
All of our padding is made with neoprene & sewn with our serger machine. All thigh padding comes with a zipper for easy removal of polyfil for washing or restuffing.
Heads are lined for comfort with padding in spots such as the chin and top of head!
Sewing
All of our suits are sewn with an heavy duty sewing machine and/or a serger to insure seams are tight & locked for years to come. We’ve recently begun adding bias tape around our neck of bodysuits well for a clean finish.
